First Nations/Indian Sasquatch guide

We have teamed up with one of North America’s leading First Nations/Indian Sasquatch guides Thomas Sewid who operates www.sasquatchisland.com and Facebook group Sasquatch Island. Thomas will share his in-depth insight, knowledge and perspectives about a creature coastal First Nations know well, The Sasquatch or as they say, “Members of The Other Tribe.”

Thomas and his wife Peggy have been entertaining, enthralling and educating people at Sasquatch conferences throughout North America for over a decade. Sasquatch Island has a huge social media and Internet following.

Having lived and worked throughout the rugged isolated British Columbia coast all his life, Thomas is considered to this day to be the modern-day bushman. His decades in bush allowed him to encounter Sasquatch on a few occasions. He learned much about this elusive creature that he will share with all during this amazing adventure!

Thomas is a member of the Kwakwaka’wakw Tribe from North Vancouver Island. His Tribe’s highest crest is Dzoonakwa/Sasquatch. He will share all he knows and has witnessed at his People’s important ceremony called Potlatch. Countless times he has witnessed at Potlatch, Chiefs bringing their Dzoonakwa crests to life in dance and song with regalia performed on the dance floors. A gifted speaker, Thomas will bring this to life in stream of conscious narration to you aboard one of our boats.

Sasquatch Investigations

Tour Dates & Information

During the day we will investigate beaches, estuaries and rivers for sign of Sasquatch. At night Thomas will show us with FLIR (Forward Looking Infra-red) devices, parabolic listening devices and other electronics how to see Sasquatch out on beaches harvesting shellfish and other marine resources.

One will understand why Thomas calls Sasquatch, humans of the night.
